We understand you may encounter unforeseen and offer you the flexibility to change or cancel appointments. Below, we detail our returns policy for reservations made through our website.<\/p><br><h3>1. <strong>Online contracting and payment for the service<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>When you hire a service via our website, will be charged a <strong>20% of the total amount<\/strong> in concept of reservation of the treatment. This amount is not refundable in the event that you do not go to the appointment, but will be able to <strong>redeemed<\/strong> if you decide to reschedule the session.<\/p><br><h3>2. <strong>Cancellation of appointments<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>Cancellations must be made a minimum of <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>. If you do it outside of this period, we will apply the cancellation terms and conditions listed above.<\/p><br><h3>5. <strong>Purchases of bonds and session packages<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>The bonds or packages purchased are valid for <strong>6 months<\/strong> from the date of purchase. If you have not used any of the services within the first <strong>15 days<\/strong>you can request a <strong>80% refund<\/strong> of the total amount paid.<\/p><br><h3>6. <strong>Services are non-refundable<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>The treatments already completed are not refundable. In addition, any payment made by the service reserve (20%) will not be refunded if you do not attend your appointment, but may be exchanged for a new session.<\/p><br><h3>7. <strong>Process return request<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>To request a refund, please contact us via <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@acupunturashui.com<\/a><\/strong>, providing the details of the reservation. We will respond within a maximum period of <strong>5 working days<\/strong>.<\/p><br><h3>8. <strong>Exceptions<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>In cases of force majeure, such as medical emergencies, we will assess refund requests or reprogramming individually.<\/p><br><h3>9. <strong>Modifications to policy<\/strong><\/h3><br><p>We reserve the right to modify this refund policy.
