In Acupuncture Shui, we are committed to providing a quality experience in all of our treatments of acupuncture and natural therapies. We understand you may encounter unforeseen and offer you the flexibility to change or cancel appointments. Below, we detail our returns policy for reservations made through our website.
1. Online contracting and payment for the service
When you hire a service via our website, will be charged a 20% of the total amount in concept of reservation of the treatment. This amount is not refundable in the event that you do not go to the appointment, but will be able to redeemed if you decide to reschedule the session.
2. Cancellation of appointments
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this period, you will be able to receive a refund of the 100% del importe total abonado.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours in advance will not give rise to any reimbursement, but the amount corresponding to the reserve may be redeemed for a new date.
3. No show to your appointment
If you do not show to the event without prior notice no you will be entitled to a refund. However, the 20% paid in concept of reservation may be used to reprogram the session.
4. Rescheduling of appointments
You can reschedule your appointment without penalty by notifying us at least 12 hours in advance. If you do it outside of this period, we will apply the cancellation terms and conditions listed above.
5. Purchases of bonds and session packages
The bonds or packages purchased are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you have not used any of the services within the first 15 daysyou can request a 80% refund of the total amount paid.
6. Services are non-refundable
The treatments already completed are not refundable. In addition, any payment made by the service reserve (20%) will not be refunded if you do not attend your appointment, but may be exchanged for a new session.
7. Process return request
To request a refund, please contact us via info@acupunturashui.com, providing the details of the reservation. We will respond within a maximum period of 5 working days.
8. Exceptions
In cases of force majeure, such as medical emergencies, we will assess refund requests or reprogramming individually.
9. Modifications to policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Any changes will be posted on our website with due notice.
